What We Believe
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, consisting of all who have been redeemed by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ. At the moment of salvation, every believer is united with Christ and placed into His body by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ alone is the Head of His Church, and His people are called to live in loving fellowship with one another.
God’s design is for believers to faithfully gather in local churches for worship, prayer, the teaching of His Word, fellowship, the ordinances, mutual encouragement, and disciple-making. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, every believer is called to use his or her spiritual gifts to build up the body of Christ, proclaim the Gospel, and joyfully fulfill the Great Commission until Christ returns.
